In this third series:

 "If you're demotivated, you should resign"

As those words escaped her mouth, a smile formed on mine, "this useless lady".

She was looking for me, it's Friday - again. My mind has been re-set, I'm sick of being drowned in office politics, I'm just there to complete my tasks cause that is what i'm being paid for. My previous manager used to remind us that it was 'amanah'. With this in mind, Alhamdulillah, things have been smooth despite some minor hiccups.

So I walked in to her room. "you just came?" she replied to me greeting her "morning". "yes" I answered bluntly. She questioned me again "why are you late?". I stuck with my answer "demotivated." her response; "so?". 

I believe she didn't understand a word communicated to her a few months ago and she began attacking me.  She was implying that I am unemployable. That my team threw me out cause I wasn't good enough. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and I can't help but smile. In my head, this all seemed like a joke. How can someone who can't deliver herself, talk down to anyone else. Isn't the whole point of the company to develop people? Isn't motivation a form of development? It is termed People Development. 

As she sat there attacking me for my punctuality, which seem to equate to non-delivery of tasks, I smiled. She seemed delusional, like the company is depending on her. Crazy.

She also considered that my inability to log in due to a technical issue as non-delivery. I am just baffled. She was a sick conniving hag. In the past year she has took that seat, nothing has happened. It amazed me that she can be in that position and could only focus on the negative. No wonder the organisation stinks, she's been stinking it with her negative aura. 

Well, it got to a point where she started bringing up my personal life, stating her view that i don't have a family. That was personal to me, who does she think she is dictating what family is to a person. She overstepped her boundary. Just because there used to be a link in our personal lives, she thought she could. How disgusting. 

That was when I had to stop her. She had nothing better to say and she was wasting my time, I diverted it to the actual reason she wanted to see, work. She instantly switched and it didn't even take 10 minutes for me to get out out of her room.
