I haven't receive the Letter. I've asked and was informed that she has signed it. It's been 2 days since then, I still haven't received it. 

So I did digging on my own. Well not really digging, the information is just under my nose, and to my disappointment, they rated me, BE.

I guess need to fill more meetings and discussions in my schedule, since I've a full team to help me with everything else anyways. Would you prefer that I use my brain less and let you let me take the fall so you can have a nice cushy death in your money filled coffin?

Sitting here staring at the blurred images on my screen. Word on the street is they're waiting for her. It seems surreal, is it finally going to happen?

I couldn't shake off the thought, I'm concerned, she might fire back. They might not have enough ammo, but I do. I'll have to see how things play out. Next week.

Since my last post, aloooot has come about. I don't understand how someone in that position in this given situation would have the time to pursue this unnecessary battle. She's totally lost any puny amount of respect I had of her. 

Time and time again, she has proven her incapability and toxicity. One of the main outcomes of the "Strategic Review", a toxic culture, eroding the mental health states of what was once a capable work force. Where are we in your statistics? In a hidden column at the further left side?

It has been almost 2 years, how are we expected to come back greater from this, not as a company but as individuals.  We're not only demotivated, we're demoralised and worse yet, we were abandoned. Left with the evil stepmother to "look after" us.
